The package consists of an OEUK Medical and a Chester Step Test. You get both in one visit, so you only travel to Esbjerg once.
The package costs DKK 2,330 incl. VAT, the same as the OEUK Medical (DKK 1,580) and the Chester Step Test (DKK 750) together. The advantage is that you get everything done in one appointment of about an hour.
Medical history, regular medication and previous certificates.
Physical examination with hearing, vision, blood pressure, BMI and urine test.
You get a rest before the fitness test, so the result is a fair reflection.
Stepping in time with an audio signal at increasing pace while heart rate is recorded.
Your oxygen uptake is calculated from heart rate and workload.
We review the results with you, and you take the paperwork home.

Yes. Set aside about an hour in total. We build in a short break between the examination and the test so the fitness result is a fair reflection.
You still get your OEUK Medical if it is in order. We review the step test result with you and advise on retaking it.
Arrive rested, avoid hard training and alcohol the day before, and do not eat a large meal right beforehand.
