INEOS sets its own health requirements for people working on the company's installations, beyond the general industry standards. The certificate is issued to the INEOS protocol and accepted by their contractors.
Note: INEOS mainly uses the Norwegian health certificate. Ask your employer which one they require before you book.

No. The company certificate comes on top of the general industry requirements. Most people need both the OEUK Medical and the company certificate, and they can be taken in one visit.
